As of May 31, 2026, Dr. Jackson has retired from clinical practice and now serves as Founder Emeritus. The work he began in 1982 continues under the leadership of Dr. Devin T. Hall, DMD, and the Chandler Park Dental Care team.

When Dr. Jackson opened Chandler Park Dental Care in 1982, the vision was straightforward and personal: build a family-oriented practice where every patient — from a child’s first cleaning to a grandparent’s restorative care — felt cared for as a whole person, not a chart. It guided every doctor and team member who followed and shaped the multi-generational relationships that remain one of the practice’s defining markers.
Educational Background and Clinical Expertise
Dr. Jackson earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, building on his undergraduate foundation at Wabash College. Throughout his four-decade career, he pursued continuing education that broadened the practice’s clinical capabilities — including advanced training in oral sedation, dental implants, and bone grafting through the Foundry Dental Clinic, and aesthetic dentistry training at the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum. He held memberships in multiple professional dental organizations and brought their standards back to his patients and team.
Within the practice, Dr. Jackson became a quiet authority on complex restorative cases — implant bridges, bone grafts, full-mouth rehabilitation — and his expertise in these areas helped establish Chandler Park Dental Care as a destination for patients who needed more than routine care.
A Legacy of Community Care
Dr. Jackson’s commitment to dentistry never stopped at the practice’s front door. He founded Smiles from the Heart, the practice’s annual day of free dental care for uninsured and underserved residents of Bowling Green — assembling a team of volunteer dentists, hygienists, and assistants to provide cleanings, fillings, X-rays, and extractions to neighbors who otherwise could not afford treatment. The program continues each year, stewarded by the Chandler Park Dental Care team.
He also chaired the Medical Center of Bowling Green and participated actively in the broader Bowling Green healthcare community throughout his career.

Dr. Hall is joined by Dr. Austin Delpont, DMD, and Dr. Blair Fleming, DMD, along with the hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff whose long tenure with the practice is itself a reflection of Dr. Jackson’s founding culture.
