Dr. Devin T. Hall, DMD, leads our clinical team as broad-spectrum lead practitioner across sedation, cosmetic, restorative, dental implants, and pediatric airway development — including his proprietary Pax Protocol for treating the root causes of sleep-disordered breathing in children. He is joined by Dr. Austin Delpont, DMD, known for his gentle approach and commitment to patient-driven care, and Dr. Blair Fleming, DMD, who brings a passion for aesthetic dentistry and patient education.
The practice was founded in 1982 by Dr. Eli Jackson, DMD, who retired in May 2026 and continues with us as Founder Emeritus. Dr. Jackson founded “Smiles from the Heart,” our annual day of free dental care for uninsured Bowling Green neighbors — a program that continues each year, stewarded by the Chandler Park Dental Care team.
