Dr. Devin T. Hall, DMD
Dr. Devin T. Hall, DMD, leads our clinical team as broad-spectrum lead practitioner across sedation, cosmetic, restorative, dental implants, and pediatric airway development — including his proprietary Pax Protocol for treating the root causes of sleep-disordered breathing in children. Dr. Hall obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, following his undergraduate education at Freed-Hardeman University. With a commitment to lifelong learning, he has pursued extensive training in cosmetic and implant dentistry, oral surgery, and TMJ dysfunction. As a clinical faculty member for DC Dental, he further advances dental care across the region. Dr. Hall co-stewards “Smiles from the Heart,” the practice’s annual day of free dental care for our community. As an Invisalign Preferred Provider, he specializes in sedation dentistry and comprehensive oral health solutions. Dr. Hall is deeply involved in the community, serving on several dental associations and advisory committees. Away from the practice, he enjoys quality time with his family, the arts, and various outdoor activities.
Dr. Austin Delpont, DMD
Dr. Austin Delpont brings a wealth of knowledge from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry after earning his undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University. His postgraduate training in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, TMJ issue treatment and clear aligner therapy allow him to serve patients with the latest technology and maintain superior patient care. He is also certified to offer oral and IV sedation and enjoys helping patients reach their goals with safe, exceptional and comfortable dental care.
Dr. Delpont is a member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, and Pennyrile Dental Association. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Brooke and their two children, being involved at church, traveling and playing golf.
Dr. Blair Fleming, DMD
Specializing in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Blair Fleming brings her passion for aesthetics and patient education to Chandler Park Dental. After earning her degrees from the University of Louisville, she continued her training at the Nash Institute, ensuring every smile she treats benefits from the latest dental advancements. Known for her compassionate approach, Dr. Fleming takes pride in helping patients enhance both the function and beauty of their smiles. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys exploring the great outdoors, beach adventures and family crafting projects alongside her husband and son.

Dr. Eli Jackson, DMD
Dr. Eli Jackson, DMD, founded Chandler Park Dental Care in 1982 and retired from clinical practice on May 31, 2026. After more than four decades serving Bowling Green families, he continues with the practice as Founder Emeritus. Dr. Jackson earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, building on his undergraduate foundation at Wabash College. Throughout his career he pursued advanced training in oral sedation, dental implants, bone grafting, and aesthetic dentistry — work that helped establish Chandler Park Dental Care as a destination for patients needing complex restorative care. He founded “Smiles from the Heart,” the practice’s annual day of free dental care for uninsured Bowling Green residents — a program that continues each year, stewarded by the Chandler Park Dental Care team.
